    Review from Houzz.com
  • I have worked with ArcDesign on two home renovation projects; ranging from a master bathroom/closet addition to an extensive major home remodel. They have been wonderful to work with! Everyone in their office is professional, easy to communicate with, and architecturally talented! They are always quick to respond to any questions or requests, and truly care about bringing our vision to life exactly as we want it. Ben meticulously designed our dream home. His attention to detail and our desires really showed during the entire process. We highly recommend them!

  • I was very impressed with Arc Design. Randy worked with me till we got everything that I wanted in the plan for my mother-in-law apartment. He was very patient and listened to everything that I said and all of my ideas and it turned out exactly how I wanted it. He had great ideas that I didn't think of and I am looking forward to the build. I highly recommend this firm.

How It Works
What are the steps to this process? Who do I hire? A contractor? An architect? A building designer or a draftsman? Let us help you alleviate the guesswork and steer you in the right direction to getting your project kicked off right.
1
STEP ONE
Write a list of all your needs and wants. Don't hold back. You can always scale down as you discover what's possible during the design phase.

For example:

Turn the lanai into your new home office.
Add on a bedroom for overnight guests.
Add a 2nd floor master bedroom.
What's that? You want to vault the ceiling?
Finally build the mother of all man-caves!
Are you with me here? There are so many possibilities, and inspiration is all around.
2
STEP TWO
Feel free to view some of our projects on Houzz for design inspiration by going to arcdesign7.com.

Now, list the important details of what
features you want in the project area(s).

For example:

In a new Laundry: Sink, W/D, Folding Table, hanging rack, built-in ironing, cabinets for storage, etc.

Master Bath: Double sink, large walk-in shower, toilet room, linen closet, etc.

3
STEP THREE
Collect images from the internet and magazines and even take some of your own photos should you find real-life design inspiration wherever you happen to be. Houzz.com has a never-ending supply of design idea photos.

Make notes about what you like in each photo to ensure the designer understands what you want.
