We truly appreciate all the time and effort, the emails, the updates, and the support with decision-making. As this was our first and last house to build from scratch, the learning curve was very steep. You understood that and guided us through the entire process, which was truly above and beyond.
We are hopeful the next step can begin soon, as we are excited to live in a much more functional home. John, our builder, also understands our lack of previous experience and is eager to get the house started.

I was very impressed with ArcDesign. Randy worked with me till we got everything that I wanted in the plan for my mother-in-law apartment. He was very patient and listened to everything that I said and all of my ideas and it turned out exactly how I wanted it. We own a construction company focusing on remodeling and first/second-story additions. We have used ArcDesign for several projects. They recently finished plans for us on a project for a home on the water. My homeowners and I meet with Randy to discuss what they wanted to create. It has been a pleasure doing business with ArcDesign. Randy quickly turned around the conceptual designs that are presented here. My house is in need of a new metal roof and entrance along with a covered front porch and rear patio. Structural blue prints are on the way, as I am happily going forward with ArcDesign's vision for my outdated home. It was a joy to work with Randy and his staff. I had recently purchased a house that needed much renovation. Being on a limited budget, I wanted to get a realistic view of what changes I might make. Randy came to my house and spent a long time there observing and talking about possibilities. That day we agreed on a fair price for his help. Later, he drew up detailed plans showing the house before renovation and after renovation. The smile you see on Randy's face in his picture is a true representation of his spirit. The smile is tripled when you visit his office and meet his staff. Today's date is March 21, 2017. I do not have project pictures to show because I decided to sell the house and purchase something a bit smaller. Did Randy meet my budget and deadlines? Yes! Was he knowledgeable and encouraging? Yes. Would I work with him and his staff again? Definitely! Did I make some good friends at ArcDesign? You bet I did!

Randy Young of ARC Design exceeded my every hope and dream! He turned a 1963 family ranch house into an adorable Cape Cod style, luxury home. Looks like a new build instead of an addition. Randy also designed the inside and it's as beautiful as the outside. Always 100% professional, on time, and on budget, Randy truly created a fairy tale home. I would absolutely recommend ARC Design!

I found ArcDesign via Houzz and found the process to be very easy and effective. He understood what I wanted and gave me at least 3 floor plan options. From there I made the tweaks that I wanted and it was done. Randy and he staff were very pleasant to work with and turn around time for changes and or questions was very timely.
